Cleaning Services

Every week one of our pool service technicians will provide complete care of your swimming pool. From vacuuming to actually testing your water, we have your pool under complete control. Weekly communication is received in an electronic log.

Water Balancing and Pool Chemicals (CHEMICALS ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. We handle the hazardous chemicals for you.)

     1. Chlorine
     2. pH Factor
     3. Salt Content
     4. Total Alkalinity
     5. Calcium Hardness (Water Hardness)
     6. Cyanuric Acid (Stabilizer / Conditioner) 

Pool Equipment Checks
 
      1. Skimmer baskets checked and emptied
      2. Pump strainer baskets checked and emptied
      3. Pool cleaner
       – Wall screen checked and cleaned
       – Debris bags checked and emptied
       – Operation checked
      4. Valves monitored / maintained for suction and circulation adjustments
      5. Filter backwashing monthly for DE Filters and weekly for Sand Filters
      6. Monitor the pressure of the filter, recommending a filter clean at least twice a       year
      7. Check the equipment for leaks or wear and tear. 

Pool Cleaning

        1. Brush walls and steps of pool/spa
        2. Skim the surface of the pool for debris.
        3. Vacuum the bottom for sediment and debris.
        4. Monitor the water level and notify homeowner if water is needed. 

After your pool Cleaning you will receive an electronic log record with communication and suggestions on each service visit. 

If you are in need of parts, repairs or other communication this will come in the form of an electronic service call record.
